Our Poultry Products
Here are a few of our favourite traditional chicken cuts:
Breast - either still on the bone or with the bone cut out (fillet)
Wings - perfect snack especially when cooked on the BBQ
Drumsticks - great for a lunch box
Thighs - either on the bone or off the bone and skinless for the perfect curry.
Legs - for an alternative to the breast meat
Spatchcock chicken - a whole chicken with the backbone removed. cooks more evenly with a crispy skin.
Great on the BBQ with one of our marinades.
