Our Amazing Produce
Mayo Brothers Butchers situated in Chesham Bois, between Amersham and Chesham, specialize in prime, grass-fed Scotch Beef hung for a minimum of 3 weeks on the bone to allow the flavours to develop and the meat to become wonderfully tender.
We also stock Welsh Hill lamb, outdoor reared pork, and free range chicken, homemade sausages, burgers, a selection of homemade ready meals together with a wide selection of frozen fish. We have an extensive range of fine cheeses in our deli counter, which also includes olives, cured meats, cooked hams etc.
Our Deli Counter
Our deli counter hosts a wide selection of English, French and Italian cheeses from mature Cheddar from Cheddar Gorge
and the creaminess of the Welsh Black Bomber to the full flavour of French Brie de Meaux or
if you’re feeling brave why not try the Stinking Bishop – voted one of the smelliest cheeses in the world.
Rob and Jenni Sawyer have been the owners of Mayo Brothers butchers in Chesham Bois since the summer of 2008.
Rob joined Mayo Brothers at the age of 14 as a Saturday boy and started full time at the age of 17.

of experience and knowledge to the team.
Rob’s boss and mentor for over 20 years was Roger Pusey who taught him his craft and the importance of supplying a high-quality product to our customers. These traditions we still follow today, where Mayo Brothers still serve the Amersham area, becoming one of best and award-winning Butcher's Shop around. We are a proud member of the Amersham local merchant community and love every opportunity to interact with our customers as we provide them with the freshest and most delicious ingredients.
